Verlet Systems, Inc. operates getverlet.com, including www.getverlet.com. These terms cover the public website and inquiries made through its contact links.

They do not govern the authenticated Verlet application, grant application access or replace a customer agreement. Application access, commercial terms and data-handling arrangements must be established separately with us before you supply customer data. An inquiry does not start a subscription or authorize a deployment.

Product information

The website explains Verlet's approach and provides an overview of its capabilities. Availability depends on the currently supported integrations, configuration and scope of a deployment. Confirm the capabilities your organization needs with us before making a purchase or implementation decision.

Website descriptions do not create service levels, delivery dates, security certifications or other contractual commitments. Those matters belong in the applicable agreement. We may revise product information as the product develops.

Examples and calculations

The website shows illustrative records to explain how the product presents evidence. They are not customer results or guarantees of recovery, savings, quality or performance. Recovery findings, recorded trajectories and credit histories are explanatory illustrations. Actual recovery depends on the applicable agreement, evidence, review and a supporting credit or refund record.

Forecast scenarios use illustrative rates, demand and acceptance assumptions. The demand slider changes future usage; the acceptance slider changes cost per accepted work unit without changing token consumption. These mathematical scenarios exclude costs identified in their assumptions. Projected future spend avoided is separate from historical recovery. Your results depend on your agreements, workload, source coverage and costs.
